FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – An employee of the Kentucky Department of Transportation Driver Licensing Office in Prestonsburg has been charged with fraud.
Police arrested Brittany Dingus, 30, of Johnson County, after finding in an investigation that she obtained personal debit card information from three people.
Police said Dingus used those cards and another person’s email address to make online purchases.
Dingus was arrested and taken to the Floyd County Detention Center on May 3.
She is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card ($500-$1,000), attempted fraudulent use of a credit card after it was reported stolen and first degree unlawful access to a computer.
